The Jizera Mountains, popular among cyclists, are favored for their dense network of quality trails with elevation typical more of hills than mountains. Therefore, they are also popular among families with children and recreational riders. Enthusiasts of more challenging terrains will surely not miss the Singltreky under Smrk – a specially built network of easier and more demanding trails for mountain bikes around Nov Msto pod Smrkem. Other areas covered by the map also offer excellent cycling opportunities – the Frdlant Promontory, the surroundings of Str pod Ralskem, Jetd, or the ridge of ern Studnice. A clear cycling map at a scale of 1:70,000 shows all marked cycling routes, surface types, profiles of selected cycling trips, distances, bike shops, repair shops, and rental services, dangerous places, a WGS-1984 network, and cyclist-friendly facilities.
